    Which one would that be--the finger, or the rapid up and down wrist movement?


    Some people's comments are like fastballs, hard to hit. Other people lob them in there, presenting at least somewhat of a challenge. Your's, well, it's like Tee-ball...:)

    I gave the FedEx guy the finger today because he finally delivered my new work replacement laptop. Ugh now I have to work again. :lol:

    Nope...that sort of activity is not in my normal wheelhouse. Nor is my language peppered with expletives.

    When ya'll get to me I growl...sigh...and exclaim "Damn Kids!". Then usually move on.

    My mother yes my mom. Use to stick her pinky finger. Then she would say "This is the feather because your not worth the hole bird!"

    What made this so funny is she was model, she was even on the cover of a few magazines.so here was this pretty lady always dressed to the T doing it.
    When we lived in Southern California she drove a Chalinger with a 440 in it.. I remember more than once that she would race guys with us in the car. Guys hated losing to her.:D

    I just flipped off my TV because that damn Viagra commercial came on again with the lady talking about E.D.

    God I hate that commercial. :mad2: :Thumbsup: <-- wrong finger but you get the idea.

    I never use that gesture either. I generally just stare at people and give them what my boss calls my "Dragon Mom" look.

    I do curse more than I should though. :nonod: Sometimes it just seems to be the best way to appropriately express how I feel. :biggrin5:

    No fingers issued discriminately today. My wife has ridden with me everywhere I've gone. However, the day is not yet done... I'm driving alone to the car club meeting at 1815.

    Ok so I'm back from the meeting. While driving through downtown in our fine little city, I had a perfect opportunity to flip off this guy in a Ford diesel pickup. But, I chose not to because his cock blocker driving technique kept me from an inevitable ticket had I chosen to bury the gas pedal. Yep the officer was sitting just up the block. Sometimes I guess it pays to be more patient than foolish... And, our officers don't necessarily agree that the posted speeds are mere suggestions.

    To be honest, I don't give the finger anymore; I smile my biggest smile and give an exaggerated, overly enthusiastic wave. I find it much more effective. But if I attempted that maneuver and received the "Dragon Mom" stare in reply, I'd be at an utter loss on how to appropriately proceed from there.....

    I gave a well deserved bird (a double pump) to a guy in a grey Chevy pickup earlier this evening, after he ran the stop sign I was approaching, about a block from my house! He really ought'a not have done that.
