Remember a bird waving in the air is not necessarily the target, go for the torso shot! I do not usually wave with the single finger, I prefer a flip off the chin, makes them wonder what and where I might be from around this great city. Back in the day, I traveled a nice part of the city late after work, North Federal, some of you may know the area. It was best traveled in the 'open carry' mode with tool of choice on my dash. Glad I retired and do not have to drive that route every day.
To be honest, I don't give the finger anymore; I smile my biggest smile and give an exaggerated, overly enthusiastic wave. I find it much more effective. But if I attempted that maneuver and received the "Dragon Mom" stare in reply, I'd be at an utter loss on how to appropriately proceed from there.....
I don't always flip people off sometimes I just look at them with a shocked look and stick a finger up my nose. They go from pissed off to WTF?
I just gave the finger to Mother Nature. I'm sick of this winter that won't end. (Check local listings.)
I gave a well deserved bird (a double pump) to a guy in a grey Chevy pickup earlier this evening, after he ran the stop sign I was approaching, about a block from my house! He really ought'a not have done that.
Which one would that be--the finger, or the rapid up and down wrist movement? Some people's comments are like fastballs, hard to hit. Other people lob them in there, presenting at least somewhat of a challenge. Your's, well, it's like Tee-ball...
^^^ I'm pissed just look'n at your post! And, who drives a frigg'n Lincoln pickup anyway.....? Oh never mind. I know.
Not many people it seems... Year Sales 2005 10,274 2006 12,753 2007 8,382 2008 4,631 2009 147 Although the Mark LT was met with slow sales and cancellation in the United States, in Mexico, Lincoln dealers found the pickup to become the best-selling model for the division.
Ummm...speaking of rats, you ARE talking about that Groundhog, and NOT Isobelle...right?:arf: Sorry...I just saw "rat' and my aging mind went bonkers...
