I think it's just that the population in my area is small enough that the local Comcast office isn't overwhelmed by their work. Techs show up right when they say they will and If you go to the office in town there are never any lines to talk with the counter help.

We had darn near whiteout conditions here in Hooterville for 3 hours or so. I'm glad that is not the norm for us.

If you want to live in a 27,000 pound block of concrete, sure! :)
The same precast concrete company we use to pour them, also makes some pretty wicked "Storm" shelters... Not sure why you would need a solid 1" thick steel door to block out a little rain, but "Storm" is what they are going with.

    Here you go...

We have plenty in stock... (Thats not even half of them sitting, and waiting to get shipped)

Most of them end up in Texas, so if you are ever around the DFW area and see one, I finished off the exterior. I started number 40 of this model this morning, there are 24 of the 4000 series (didn't go into full production on those because of the cost to build them), and there are HUNDREDS if the old white with a blue roof windmill looking ones that I was originally hired to destroy. :)
