    hahaha I used to have one of these on my machine that went like this.

    (caller starts talking)

    After a few seconds I say "Helloo" again.

    After few more seconds I say "Speak up I cant here you that well".

    After a few more seconds I say "I can't hear you because I am not home leave a message at the beep".

    I had almost the same one on my office phone... But by the end of the "call" ...I said... "Pipe down! you're shouting...leave a message!"

    I found it funny but the VP didn't.

    Best part is I'm still at the company but the VP is long gone...
