I thought so until I woke up to my friends message this morning! He is buying a MINI today. :biggrin5:
Congratulations!!!! Wanna have a couples toast at MOTD??? We just celebrated 15 on March 17. See you on the kickball field!!! I'll bring libations :biggrin5:
It's almost time to leave for MOTD!! My roomie is coming from Erie, PA, Sunday night and I'm taking him to the USAF Museum in Dayton on Monday before we leave for the Dragon bright and early Tuesday morning. I guess I can start packing all my cigars now....
Tonight is, the night I find it IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep in the back seat of my Jeep... Good news is I am sitting outside of Salina KS, thinking of a way to revise my load plan so I can actually stretch out.
Can't blame the roomie from wanting out of that frozen tundra. My 5 year stint there for my undergrad degree was more than enough winter to last the rest of my life. :mad2:
Nope...no skimping. It's our 10th Anniversary this year and I'll have 2 10th Anniversary brands: Perdomo Champagne 10th Anniversary and Camacho 10th Anniversary. Those are the brands I'll mostly bring, although I'll have some standby and a few flavoreds for the uninitiated. I also have some refillable butane lighters with a dragon theme to hand out. This is my last Cigar Salon...Grandpa always said to "always leave a party while everyone's still having fun"........ I hope it is memorable for all who attend.
I live in the area and get there a lot. Even so, it's a place where my roomie [a USAF vet] can get a great introduction...as well as an even better excuse to come back to see more!
Today is the third day of the 4 day Clovis Rodeo festivities... "100 Years" in our little community! Parade today at 9:30, rodeo at 2:00pm. Drinking began sometime Thursday afternoon and concludes sometime Sunday evening.
