I question the verisimilitude of the above video. I lived in South Korea for two years, teaching English. In all that time, I never saw a highway that wasn't pretty much stopped with bumper to bumper traffic.
I kid of course, they have fantastic twisties in the mountains, and the highways are not much worse than ours. SK is a beautiful country, I hiked a new mountain every weekend, and I do kinda miss it sometimes.
