I ordered the topgaiters shift boot and e-brake boot with tan stitching. Unfortunately they sent me the 2 panel shift boot instead of the 4 panel but was quick to send out the correct one. In the mean time, I went ahead and installed the brake boot and Craven Speed brake handle.

To be honest, the quality of the material and stitching on these are some of the best that I have seen. I'm satisfied enough with the end result that I'll be ordering their down tube and arm rest covers in the near future. The fit may not be OEM perfect, but then again, these are custom pieces probably hand made so there will be some variations. The little bit of extra effort was worth it for me.
In M1N1's case, his many have been sewn just a tad bit too small and some credit goes to Topgaiters for stepping up to the plate and making things right.-

I got the R53 leather dash kit, ebrake handle cover, ebrake boot and shifter boot for Christmas from my wife. The products are good quality and fit well. The end result is a really nice look.
The shipping does take a little while because it's coming by boat.
I plan on buying more from them to do the door arm rests and center arm rest covers.-

Topgaiters have offered to replace the gaiters AND the plastic retainer ring. When they arrive, I will keep the retaining ring and throw the gaiters into the trash where they belong.

Sorry to hear you had issues. The holes on mine were further up as well, but I used razor knife to trim off the excess material and make small tweaks to get the fitment the way I wanted it. Fitment of the new boot is a bit tighter due to the fact that you're going from a stretchy material to leather. With your fitment being that far off, I'd let topgaiters know and I'm sure they'll make it right.

I contacted topgaiters about the issues, and they said that they would make it right. They also asked me to check out the fitment of the handbrake gaiter (boot) to make sure that it fits okay. Second problem. The opening for the handbrake handle is way too small, to the point that it is stretching the stitching to the point of breaking. Kinda defeats the object of fitting a new boot. Not really impressed at all. Now I am going to have drive around with no boots on either the shift or handbrake.
I might just spring for a set of Redline, or JCW.-

I have fitted after market boots. The leather one looked too tight. So I put it on a little at a time to let it stretch out slowly. You just have to give it time to stretch.

No I have dealt with them but I do have the JCW Alcantara e-brake and shifter boots and they are great and easy to install.

Ditto the above here. Fairly easy install after some deductive reasoning.

I have been thinking about their steering wheel cover. Of course the red and black one. Topgaitors doesn't have the wheel covers.

Redline stuff is nice. I have the shifter boot and e-brake boot too. Very good quality material, good workmanship too.
