    Jim Jim Jim..... It's not to attach the same MINI tow hook, which obviously screws into the bumper hole. It's in case you want to attach somptin else or different.....:Thumbsup:

    Maybe you want to attach a camera mount to that hole, or maybe one of those strap type tow hooks..... Or maybe you want to bolt on an old chickin carcass.... It's just a way to use the stock threaded bumper hole for sumptin else....:D
