If the wheel can accept the TPMS units then yes you can pull the OEM ones off the OEM wheels and use them on aftermarket wheels.

If you have an '07-'09, the TPMS sensors are "only" $200 for the set from Tire Rack - if you drive a '10, then you're talking $400........

I just bought some for my '09 Clubby as I got tired of looking at the light on the dash, and we're taking a vacation this summer and I thought it prudent to have the system working

Put a small piece of black tape over the indicator light, problem solved.

FWIW, I just put the TPMS sensors for my 2010 for $320 and my wheel shop said he could have gotten them shipped to me for $260..yes these are for the NEW 2010 sensors. The 2007 to 2009 are half the cost. Also my wheels were not made with TPMS sensors in mind, i.e. no flat spot, but they work fine, largely due to the position of the rim and the hole for the valve stem. Although tape can be used to hide the annoying light, the tach also shows an exclamation and there is a ding each time you start the car. For me, I'd rather know there has been a pressure loss if I'm doing 75+ on the highway in the middle of nowhere than not knowing until I start to feel something wrong with the car!
