Go UCONN!!!
And I can't believe I just wrote that. I used to HATE that team, when Jim Calhoun was there, pretending to be squeaky clean, and when he finally did get caught, threw his assistants under the bus, including firing a few of them, without manning up himself. Whet a joke, and getting off with a three game suspension was a farce on the part of the NCAA.
I'm becoming a Kevin Ollie fan though--what a great job he's done getting that team through the season and tournament. I wasn't surprised to see Kentucky in the final, but UCONN, I never gave them a second thought. -

Yea it's all good. Good thing is even though they may not take their sweats off they are still making money do it really doesn't matter.
Hopefully those cars will not burn threw all their money before they retire. -
When it's all said and done, all I wanted was a great game--and we got that! Wallets a little lighter thanks to Buffalo Wild Wings, but other than that all is good.
Props to Kentucky, and to Calipari-- not a fan, but he did do a good job, as did the team, coming together toward the end of the season--there was a time where they could have folded like last year, but they fought through it. I wonder how many of their players will be back next year--I could see Randle and Young going, but IMHO it would be too early for the Harrison's. Kentucky will be very good next year--so will Wisconsin, with four starters returning. -
The UCONN women should win, probably easily, with ND's point guard out. Really a shame, it would have been a great game if both teams were at full strength. It would be a major upset if ND won.
