I tried to hook my 5th gen iPod up and the aux worked on the y adapter, but the 30 pin connector doesn't seem to work. I the. Tried an iPod mini with a regular USB to 30 pin cable and no charge or connect, also tried an iPhone 3GS and same result. Even tried to just plug my iPhone 5 in to charge and nada. Could there be something wrong with my USB plug? Thoughts or ideas? I have some warranty left and was planning to take it to the dealer to check some stuff out, but I figured I could ask here first.
not sure if it is on a separate fuse or not but might check that. If under warranty let the dealership fix.
There has been a few issues with the port. If you are still under warranty , have them check it out and replace it.
I got an appointment with Mag Mini on the 29th. I hate having to wait, but I'm sure they will take care of me.
Good to know. I actually stopped in last night as I was in the area conducting some other business and had them change out the broken ring on my key fob. I like the metal ring much better. And best of all it was covered under warranty.
