    So are you just venting or asking for help?
    Buying ANY used car can be a crap-shoot.....
    Fortunately there is tons of folks here that have "been there, done that".
    For a diy'r....The TONS of folks around....
    If you pay a 3rd party to fix it...sure lots of suggestions for a GOOD SHOP....3rd party mini centric shops can do repairs for 50-70% the cost of a dealer, with the same quality parts.
