Hey, just a friendly reminder to anyone getting new tires. Make sure that the techs actually replace all the valve stems. Stand outside the garage and eye them if you have to. When I got my tires mounted a week ago, 2 guys worked on them. The first guy only mounted one tire and apparently forgot to change the valve stem. The other guy finished up and changed the remaining stems. Today, my right front goes completely flat, almost instantly. Turns out that the one valve stem that was not changed failed. I missed my summer classes because of it. My sister had to bring me 2 of my winter tires and the jack & wrench. I changed out the front two tires so that I could drive safely to the tire shop. They got me fixed up with a new valve stem in about 10 minutes.
