You folks are painting a pretty bleak picture of our fine city. I've never heard any talk of political corruption, police abuses, or bad behavior at sports arenas. It just doesn't happen here.
On another note, I know a great joke that has infinite setups and one punch line. Here are some examples:

You have no idea how the Philly Police work. Currently 6 cops are being changed with shacking down drug dealers for money because it paid better then being a cop in the city. The city of Philadelphia has a serious corruption issue that has been going on for years.
Being a Philadelphia city cop sucks, because citizens don't care and just shoot everyone all hours of the day. Everyday some one is shot and most days its 3 or 4 people. Police officers are very brave to be out on the streets in Philadelphia.
