    If you dont mind me asking, How did you make the "cutouts" to put the screws?

    For something that drops in, would look good and is easily found try a set of 1980-81 Z28 Camaro fender vents. The are secured from behind so no need to have exposed rivets or bolts.

    I found the same vents Helix used and installed them on mine last August.

    They **REALLY** help with dealing with the heat here. It's so hot here in Phoenix, even Satan summers somewhere else.... :devil:

    I ended up doing black Plasti-Dip on mine as well, but left the mounting flanges shiny.

    Anyone wanting to follow down this path, I'd be happy to share measurements and take close-up pics of my installation. IMHO, the factory should have provided some sort of heat extractor vents stock on these. Kudos to Helix for finding some good vents at a reasonable cost to fix the factory's defective design.... :cornut:
