I would take one for a drive, but I would NEVER buy one...
For one I HATE electronic gizmos, especially when it is something useless in a car you are supposed to be "Driving"...
The thing looks horrid with the "European people cant cross a street on their own, so we will just add padding" front end...
And last reason, with MINI's shift away from performance per dollar to, high tech and cute in a normal sized car per dollar, I can tell you now that I wouldn't like it!
I like my cars raw and basic (power windows are a plus but not needed) if it cant sell me on looks, feel, or something it is good at besides making the trek to WallyWorld... Its just another car to me. This thing has no soul... MINI no longer captures the essence of the original, which was too good to change for nearly 50 years! If it where up to me, MINI would have made 50 years worth of R50's and R53's!-
