    Brian Gillespie crashes his Hasport Hondata Insight at El Mirage dry lakes meet Nov 10th, 2013. The safety equipment worked as designed, and he escaped with relatively minor injuries. The car was the season's points champion, and was running between 180-190mph when it turned in.

    14 by my count, but in the beginning it was rolling sooo fast. Yikes!!! Man it was good to see the driver moving after it stopped. Any news on his condition? :fingerscrossed:

    He was admitted with a collapsed lung, a cut on his shin and severe bruising around the head. As of the 17th he’s pretty beat up, but out of the hospital.

    Glad the driver is ok and as for the car, it will all buff out.

    13 1/2 He didnt land on his wheels so I'll call it a half roll.....Glad to hear he was ok
