Yep, that's normal movement - the belts are meant to stretch to limit accelerations.
"I'd like to be held firmly in place so my neck snaps before my face hits the airbag and damages my eyeglasses" doesn't cut the mustard with safety engineers....-

Holy Crap Batman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look how far forward his shoulder belt let him go. Are our shoulder belts really that useless? My waist belt is always snug so as to limit shoulder belt travel but that dummy's waist belt was either way too loose or he just filled his pants with urine and feces. What do y'all think?
