These guys do vinyl. http://performanceautospa.com. Not sure if they can get the checker material.

 

Fastsigns is a nationwide franchise that does vinyl. I had them do a Union Jack decal on my sunroof. They charged me $200 for the flag and installation, that was seven years ago and it is still in great shape.

You tell them what you want and they will design it, print and install it for one price.

There is one in Columbus and one in Dublin Ohio.
