Nice, I was looking at the Vmaxx's. Just got to get some money saved up then a nice DROP follows.

How are you liking the coilovers still?

The V-Maxx's are the new lowering spring, IMO. They're inexpensive enough to afford and offer full suspension travel at a lowered ride height.

your write up is what sold me on them. I didnt want to dump 1-2k on coilovers because i wanted a bit of a drop, that offered adjustability and still comfortable on the street. Since I don't track my car, this seemed like the perfect solution. I sold my H&R springs and I am loving the ability to adjust my height...i am still trying to find that perfect ride height though.:ihih:

as mentioned in the article. it is a shame that they didn't include a 2nd wrench or instructions.

    MUshadd,

    Just a quick question...

Will the R56 Sport Suspension fit on an R52? or just the R56 Springs?

I did numerous search on forums and found nothing.

    Thank you,
    Lorin

I think the stock ride height is higher on an R56 than an R53, so while the non-adjustable stock suspension isn't interchangeable, coilovers with adjustable ride height are.

    Good writeup and pics.
