The V-Maxx's are the new lowering spring, IMO. They're inexpensive enough to afford and offer full suspension travel at a lowered ride height.

Will the R56 Sport Suspension fit on an R52? or just the R56 Springs?

I think the stock ride height is higher on an R56 than an R53, so while the non-adjustable stock suspension isn't interchangeable, coilovers with adjustable ride height are.
