My next one is going to be 500hp and 3400lbs. That's all I'm saying.

For about $1600 you can add a downpipe, cat-back, exhaust, and tune to get about 260 HP out of the Scirocco. That would be fun. Of course the R would be pretty nice.

1M with a tune?
-
goaljnky New MemberNot if they stick with the turbos and use it in all their SUV's.
Not sure you're going to get to 500hp in that car even with a tune. Although it is starting to grow on me, despite the lack of a true M power plant. -
Redbeard JCW: because fast is fun!Supporting MemberAh, sorry I was looking at this post on my phone. I thought it did say 3,900 not 3,400. Hmm...
How about a C6 Z06? (EDIT: Curb weight is like 3,100 lbs so that's not it...)
Okay how about some hints:
Used or New?
Modded or Stock? -
goaljnky New MemberZ06 is one hell of a car for sure. I just couldn't live with that interior.
Hint:
Most likely used. Stock. Still 2-3 years away at this point. -

No prize for the correct guess, though. -

No prize needed. It was a fun 10min distraction from capital expenditure analysis.
Now, back on topic: I like the Scirocco. I want it here in the US.

Every time I hear about this car I go watch this video. Want:cryin:

sidenote: if you pause the video at 1:20 the front end looks different than the picture at the start of this thread. I like the look sans fog lights.
