Yeah, that's pretty messed up. Glad my Dad's friend has a garage and does most of the work to my MINI. Other than me doing regular maintaince and of course Paul lending a hand in the mod department. ;) Good to know though to keep my eyes open for anything I have to have done there!

Glad I sat in during the JCW install. ;) Lol.

I'm sure you will be fine there. It was just my luck of getting screwed :incazzato:

But ultimately, I love my car and wouldn't have it any other way.

Oldvet53...... sorry for hijacking your thread. Like I said... save for that rainy, repair day

They told you that ^^^.

Of course they tried to pull one on you. Both sexes get screwed at by car salesmen. There are good professional sales people out there. The folks who you dealt with were not. Sleaze balls are the norm me thinks.

    LOL - SIT TIGHT!

Yeah, I realize that. I don't blame my sales rep for it... he was as baffled as I, and the GM sounded mortified when I told him what happened.

Still, ultimately, they should have at LEAST paid for a F*&^%$# oil change after everything! That right there was the icing on the cake.
Whatever. Oh, and the funny thing is I never got a survey. Convenient :skep:

I stopped receiving surveys the time I told the truth about my service experience. No issues with the service it was great, the issue was with the SA. The manager at that time had the balls to call me & ***** about my survey. He has gone onto greener pastures. Maybe a Wallyworld greeter.

Oh come on a swear filter, really? I checked & I'm not on the sewing site? Heck my mom wouldn't even wash my mouth out for that one. :)

I did some research on the company and found where they would promise to cover the thing I mentioned earlier and dozens of post said that even stock cars were denied simply to get your money and then use loopholes to deny any claim so I never even started a contract with them. I'll just stick back money that would have gone to the warranty and have the cash on hand to cover it.

Not a problem. Just glad you got the car fixed but they did take advantage of you.
