OMG, its livable today. Upper 60's and a touch humid. Car ran like a scaled grape across a microwave plate this morning. Actually have the windows open and the A/C off...woot!
Driving a Justa my windows are open almost all the time, A/C is used for knocking down the heat, but when it's time to GO, it's off:arf: Mark
I don't notice much of a difference with the AC on. Does the R56 have that much more "umph" then the R50? Jim
Temperature speaking...here in Santa Cruz you could have both...plenty of grapes(CA vineyards)and a well running MINI. It gets uncomfortable on the few days ever exceeding 86* in the summer!
Just got back from Lost Wages where they set records the last two days - normal temp there this time of year is 89*, yesterday was 105 and today was 104..................but it's a dry heat.....:rolleyes5:
We have been getting a lot of rain the last few days and today is really heavy. Does MINI make an ark?? Jim
Nice, life and death tornado warnings:shocked: May be up all night, as it sounds like this may last a while. The dogs HATE:incazzato: rrr: going in the basement:rolleyes5: Mark
Crikey.... It was windy today. Lost another large tree branch. Glad I wasn't out walking the dog under this. Going to have to introduce "Mr Branch" to "Mr McCulloch"...
The rain yesterday was rushing so hard, over two bridges (creeks) near us, that the force of the water bent the guard rail and too the top layer of asphalt off the road. :eek6: that was a lot if water in a very short time. Jim
Still windy here. We lost a large limb off our big spruce out front. This is how mother nature prunes the trees. Careful with the chainsaw MM Chuck.
Today's windy weather made washing the wife's Countryman easier. I just opened the doors and let the wind blow the water out of the nooks and crannies! Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
We had a beautiful day, warmer than the weatherguessers thought it would be, just pleasant all day. I worked on my Jag getting the third member out....
Lotsie lookout Tuesday night sounds like ya got another round on the way. So far this year been on either side of us, KC gets the hail and St Lou has had the wind.
Bad weather news down in North Carolina! Anyone on here dealing with that? Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
I would imagine power and cells are probabley still down and may be for a while,we had a large one in 06 it was a mile south of me and it took five days untill our services came back on. The destruction from a large tornado EF3 or larger is substantial, done it twice, don't want to do it again....:nonod:
