Westcoast caravan/car hauler

Anybody from the westcoast interested in going to MOTD for the 10th Anniversary? It's a long trip, but we have time to plan and well worth it.
If we had enough Minis we might be able to arrange a car hauler(s) and split the cost. That way we could ship our Minis back, fly out and get them when we arrive. Maybe put them on a train and ride along. This would save a lot of vacation time for many of us.

If the car hauler doesn't work out perhaps we can organize a caravan. We might be able to talk with some hotel chains and work a deal for discounts across the country, like Holiday Inn Express or Best Western. Then we could talk with some of the fast food or pizza chains and try to work a deal for food across the country. This could give them some free publicity and we could enjoy some discounted meals. I won't even mention discounted gas!

Anyway just some ideas as we have a year to make plans. Post here or PM me if you have any interest and ideas.
