If anyone was in that MINI when it sustained all that damage, I sure hope they're doing ok...

The boot handle, antenna, chrome gas cap, rear wheel arch reflectors and the COOPER S letters look to be in fairly good condition. :eek6:

Oh....and the MINI emblem on the boot.

 

Judging by the roundish indentation on the front, I'd wager a guess and say it hit a tree...

 

Yikes!!! Hope the driver & any passengers survived that. Incredibly hard hit.

 

Whatever happened, it wasn't good!

It looks like the MINI that was involved in a big accident in Indy this past week.

If I imagined what a head on collision with a semi would result in, this is about what I'd think...

 

You can see where they cut the roof off and pryed the door open to get into the passenger compartment, or what is left of passenger compartment..

 

It also looks like a possible train hit.

 

Whatever it hit, it sheared the bonnet straight through the middle...it's weird to see what's left of the passenger strut where the passenger door handle would be if the door were open...

It's also weird that all the glass is shattered EXCEPT for the driver side mirror...
