Thank you. I went for a ride this morning and noticed that the rear was more settled and the overall balance of the car was better. I guess the tail was "too short" all this time.

Let see things left for me to do on my MC40 before the Dragon:
Mount and Balance new tires
Fix stone chips in paint
Oil Change
Wash, Clay, Polish and Wax
Check all accesible bolts and nuts are tight to spec.
Tape off front end for the trip down to protect from even more stone chips. -
Clean!!

Dug around behind the driver's kick well and found the elusive fuse to the OEM (dealer installed) driving light wiring. Found it (it was blown) and relocated to a place where the entire car will not have to be dismantled to get to it.
Why on earth do they do silly things like that????????

New wheels and tires. Had MINI checked over at the dealer, only thing found was a hole in the wind screen for sunroof. Part ordered at n/c. Picked up beer for beer swap. Just finished claying, glazing and waxing. Done for the weekend :beer

The Countrygal is getting stripes, bonnet, boot and roof, and a really good cleaning (1 year olds reek havoc on the interior of cars!) Other than that just a few stickers to apply that I hadn't put on the Clubby before we sold her :'(.

Following in a new tradition noted above, I will quote myself.
Aux-pump recall is done, oil and filter done, cabin-filter done, 3rd safety check done by me, shop #1 and now the dealer.
Dealer tech who has worked on my MINI since new, noted the new EBC reds and how the DBA4000 rotors are holding up well since he changed them out for me last year.
Ready, now for the fun drive out and back and a few days in NC.
