(Hopefully I'm starting a trend with this thread) I ordered a new vanity plate for the MINI. Now just gotta wait 3-6 weeks :mad2: Tonight- going to a local mini, MINI gathering at DQ
I received a Scoop Saver from OutMotoring, which I will apply on Wednesday shortly after I get my new scoop installed at the dealer. After which, my R56 will be out of warranty.
I had the A/C bearing issue fixed under warranty. Then I enjoyed my 28.5 mile commute to work. Now, if you asked what I did on Sunday then: I went tracking at Willow Springs International Raceway and set a new personal best record. :cornut:

I made an appointment with the dealer to get my first 'official' oil change and servicing on Bedivere. I'm curious to see what they'll have for me as a loaner while they have him.
I made two metal brackets to attach to my light bar for my grill badges. They look something like what MM made, but I did not have a CAD drawing, or any of his fancy tools. I just beat the heck out of them on a vice to get them right. Then I made a box with a louvered top for my new amp to reside in. Paint is drying as I type. I also motored to the hardware store, not once, but twice. It is so much fun, now that all four wheels are pointing in the same direction. Now, before the "picture thingie" goes up, I will take them when both are done and mounted. Jim
I got up at 4:35( couldn't actually fall back to sleep) and took the new ride up the twisty road to the top of the mountain and back. What a beautiful way to start the day! Pete
I weighed mine. 2640lbs with a full tank and I've taken +70lbs off with a rear seat gone and Konig Britelites with non-RFs. :biggrin5:
I ordered a vanity plate, installed a Craven Speed stubby antenna and an Auto-up circuit. Massaging my budget to see if I can order a rear sway bar and/or a few other parts (euro parcel shelf, pulley kit, 'top commander' module)...
