Sounds like valve seals to me. I'd be curious if you have a worn valve guide on the cylinder too. Easy enough to check.

I guess after asking us how to remove the door handle you didn't want our help on how to wrap the dash?
    Go figure! :D

Sounds right to me, sorry. But perhaps it would be best to replace the whole head.....can you say RMW big valve head??

Any time I have a head off I always have every thing redone. So if you think of it the BVH is a better value. It has been completely reworked. Thats the argument I would use.

As a matter of fact I have used that argument and it worked. When I was around 19 I needed to rebuild my X1/9. My mom was helping buy me the parts I needed. I talked her into a little extra for big valves and had a machine shop do the work form, I still had to port and polish it myself but I got a BVH.
    Good luck.

Why, my wife loves the two Dysons I got her, when I ordered a BVH and a Grand AM Cam from RMW.

Mine had gone out a while back. Went the cheaper route and put the lightened crank pulley on there.

That’s the beauty of these peelable spray products you can change them whenever you like.

Did my first oil change since buying it couple months ago.

Went with Liquimoly Glow in the dark 5w-40 with lifetime replacement from fcpeuro.

A little plastic plunger popped out, looks to be the check valve.

I just put it back in place for now... stupid design.

Lee, I need your help locating a code reader that helps find the problems plaguing my wife's MCS. My local mechanic's reader evidently does not identify MINI/Bimmer stuff.

The helmet has been sitting in the garage collecting dust. So tonight I went out and went over it with some Gyeon Quick Detailer. I guess it was a little duster than I thought.

I washed our 2002 Sequoia today. It had tree sap on it. It is a white truck that was mostly black with sap. Its amazing what soap from the parts store and 3000 grit sand paper will do! It took a few hours but I got het done.
What does Esoteric know! Ha Looks almost as good as @Dave.0 Mini!:D
