Hell yeah, man! Glad it's still serving you well! I forgot about that thread. I'll have to see if I can dig it up and bump it.

Thanks for the heads up! Does this thing let you make wireless hands free calls or is just for porting the music to the head unit?

I’ve been wanting to order one or those and an aux jack for a while. The phone call version is about $5 more than the music/audio only model on Amazon. Not sure about the call quality since the microphone is on the unit and would down by the shifter in a MINI.

The other day I took the Helmet on a short drive. What a fun car.
Today I checked over my wife's convertible, she is driving to Trashville (Nashville)
I am spending the rest of the day getting the Exige ready for my first track day. I am going to flush the brakes and give it a good once over. I also am going to cover a few parts with white painters tap so I don't chew up the paint with debris.
Tomorrow should be a good day for it. It will be 66 and cloudy.
If anyone has any advice I will take it....

I always like it when I go in with a plan and then everything goes exactly as I expect it to .... it’s a very rare instance so I really savor the times of success.

Good you had a good track day, not sure I like that fuzz in the pipe, makes me thing you might have had something else breaking in the engine, check the compression and other bits as time and warmth allows.

Thanks for the info, Chuck. As I see it, it will either go to a guy who does auto glass repair here in town or to MAG. Either way, my insurance should cover it. It's about time I got "something" out of all the auto insurance bills I've had to pay.

I can live with it for awhile, unless it spreads farther. Right now, I have just too many bills to worry about and the glass repair is at the tail end of things that need to be addressed.

I'm sure if you have it done at MAG it will be done correctly.
