That badge fell off of Skooby. Been a year and I haven't got around to fixing it. Not sure Lady Babs has noticed yet.

Please post up your experience / review with the metal cross over pipe...
I've been eyeing that piece for a while...

There are two places on the pant down low where you can almost see a little bondo. It’s very thin. Maybe one day I will have it resprayed but for now it looks good. Besides after all I had to do to the Lotus my wife has advised me I will not touch this car, no modes. I have tried to reason with her that duel Webers are better than FI but she just threatens to take all my tools away from me.

I am a little afraid of her!

I washed Skooby the clubster yesterday. It was a real salt ball and truly need it. So today it rains.

No worries I hid the keys so Lady Babs can't go out and find a dirt road to drive on. ;)

Mine doesn't use any oil and it's 19 years old. I change it every 5k.

Cleaned the interior of my MINI and just as I finished, my very muddy labrador retriever jumped into the driver's seat, climbed across to the passenger side, sat down and looked at me, asking for a ride. He didn't get one!

Okay, so he made a mistake and wanted to drive … he moved over to the passenger seat and if you would have gotten in he would have buckled up. :D:D

Living in California we go every 2 years. It's a pain. Mainly because all the mods have to be EAP approved. The shop I use to use it was not a problem , but the last time at a new shop they went over it top and bottom. They even put it on a rack to check under it. I had to change the header. The part that bugs me is it always passes the tail pipe test but not the visual test. I don't understand if it passes the tail pipe test who cares what it looks like.

They should just put the sensor up the tail pipe. If it is in the correct range that should be it. Why does it matter if my car is modded if it is not putting out anymore pollution then if it were stock. My heavily modded Exige is at lambda 1 when I am at an even speed.
    It’s about control.

I'm a fan of AGM batteries. No worries about leaking acid. Plus they work in any position, should you find yourself like an upside down turtle your MINI will still start.;)

Would you take my car to be washed?
