The show was pretty good, but as usual I left early. I'll find out later if I won. There was a lot of nice cars but not to many new minis.
This has nothing to do with cars but I watching one of my favorite movies YOUNG FRANKENSTAIN. I must have seen it 30 times but I still think it funny.

Was out for the day in the Clubman and spotted this carpet covered van..

The shag-wagons I'm used to always had the carpeting on the inside ;-)

 

The good thing is that your automotive concerns have been addressed and hopefully no more will crop up for quite some time.

 

I got a call from the car show to tell me I won my class. That's 3 years in a row.

Nice mix of Minis/ MINIS for a fun fall drive.

 

I see the new MINI Countryguyman in the background. Not sure I'm digging the color.

 

Lots of rain and even some snow in the forecast for the next two weeks so I’m in an agreement that the great weather is behind us for a while.

 

I agree completely they are disastrous tires! Hard to find and super expensive and for what?? Crap!

 

It has been a few days since my install and I have put some mileage on my Mini with my upgraded setup and I’m happy to report everything has been functioning perfectly as expected.

This is an expensive upgrade if you’re using brand new OEM components like I did but the end result is absolute OEM functionality which is what I wanted for my Mini. I’m very happy with the final result.

 

Does it go faster now?
