Sorry to hear ,but it seems that's part of being a Mini owner.

 

This morning was a local car show..

My ride for the day was a 1962 Ford Anglia rally car.

After that it was Summer tire change day for my MINI..

Scooby looks so alone on the flatbed. Doesn’t look like a clean break on the spring.

 

Mine are also sunroof decals. They are perforated so from the inside it look like a tinted window. The guy that installed them did a great job. it was not easy to get them on straight with all the angles and the curve in the back.

Sorry to hear you had a rough go of it but you got everything apart with new parts coming and I didn’t see any heavily bandaged fingers so I would say the day was a success.

 

Looks like a nice install. Is the shifting more precise ??

 

It sounds like a nice mod for those who need a more positive shifting manual transmission.

If you don't mind me asking how hurtful was the cost of the headliner? I noticed the other day the one on my GTI bread-van is starting to give up on me.

 

Good work and hopefully the red spots on the cardboard isn’t blood.

 

Ha.. There were a few tears and curse words.. The red is from some touchup painting on my other MINI ;-)

 

Thin the herd there’s a very clean GP1 on BaT right now.
