Traded it!

I never did fall in love with my 2014 JCW Paceman All4.

I took it in for an oil change and brake fluid flush yesterday and drove home in a 2015 F55.
Driving is fun again!

 

I was really hoping for a front end loader mini

 

Blu Brit is ready to be Dragon Bound!!

 

Another 'must see' automobile. It has too much class to call it just a car...

 

I cleaned my engine bay today. It's not perfect but it looks so much better!

I just got back from picking up my new-to-me MINI. You'all didn't lie---IT IS A BLAST TO DRIVE... I leave for the Dragon on Wednesday. c-ya all there.

 

Got my first speeding ticket in 5 years. :-\

 

Thanks to Jan @ RMW and the lads at Helix... had new axles installed at Fontana today.

 

Install a Detroit tuned bypass valve and Aquamist jet adapter for a future planned meth injection kit.

 

Gave The Helmet a good bath to remove all the road crud collected this week at The Dragon.

You know, that's a good question. I hadn't thought about asking for surveillance video. Due to the location of the mark though (it's pretty low), I'd bet whomever did it was completely obstructed by parked cars and it probably just looks like he was moseying to/away from the mall.

I have to wonder what goes through these people's heads, though. "OOOH LOOK - SHINY CAR! MUST SCRATCH." So stupid. :nonod:

 

I was going to do that and when I had the scoop grill out, I looked at the scoop without the grill and thought, "That looks good!" So, I put the unaltered grill on the shelf. Saved myself some time.

I put the Rat back together, and washed the Dragon off of it finally!

 

Yeah, the roads here are brutal. Blowing out the coilovers in the last few months was the last straw.

I'll pick the Danger Ranger up on Tuesday - I'm looking forward to having a pickup and a NFG-mobile for going places I'd never take the GP.

 

No silly it's white garage carpet what could happen to it. :ihih::lol:

FYI the carpet was a little pushed to the front of the garage a few days ago so I did a nice 3K clutch controlled dump to pull it back into place. :ihih:

Now I have a properly carpeted garage floor with a nice posi marks.
