Jim- Pre-wow that Richard the Octaneguy sells worked wonders on removing the wax from the plastic wheel well trim on Babs MINI. Follow that with Black-wow & you will be pleased.

 

Always seems nice, and certainly sensible, to have a fresh rubber anywhere... :lol:

 

You must be really skinny to get under the car on a creeper to do the undercarriage. You go buddy.

Pulled the wheels and cleaned all the running gear, dressed all the black stuff, sat in a folding chair, drank a Shiner and stared at the li'l guy. Hmmm I'm seeing a pattern here.

(Found another half bushell of bugs stuck to the inside of the wheels)

Took a nice drive and spent the afternoon out at Indian Lake. Found a restaurant that was right on the water. Had a pile of shrimps, a few margaritas and three cheesbourgars.....


This old gal (she had to have been at least 75) was a total cut-up. She rode in on her own Harley, had tat's all over her body (including one..... if you look closely just above her belt, in the back.... Don't linger there too long). She was wearing a translucent top, hell it was 93 degrees out. She was the real thing..... I liked her black and red braided ponytail. HD ear bangles. She was living life like she only had a few minutes left. I really liked her attitude.... She was a total "Kick in the Pants"....:cornut:

FYI those are custom made / painted lights and side lights. You can't order those for an R53 and the new R56 don't look as good and are still too glossy and have a silver parts in them that say "xenon".

I made them for her, and my buddy baked the lights in the oven to remove the lenses and reseal them.

This is the second set we have done and they turn out great and it's taking us less and less time to do the entire process.

 

Good way to keep the manure off the doors.

They played non-stop for 105 minutes.....brought back great memories. JJ, I think I saw you virtually there tonight.

 

I wash my husband's Celica too. Otherwise the poor girl usually looks more brownish red than black! I won't let him help me wash May either. He just does not do a good enough job, because he's not as detail oriented (he would say ridiculously anal retentive...) as I am. lol. His idea of a car wash is going to the gas station.

 

They pull out to pass, because they are going 5 mph faster then the truck in front and it takes then 40 miles to make it. :mad2:
