I hit a raccoon this morning on the way to work :frown2:

SOMEHOW I have no damage?????? :eek6:
I need to jack up the car to verify, but if the front bumper (which is the lowest part of the car) is fine, then I'm gonna assume the rest is ok? :fingerscrossed:

^ Sorry to say but those R56 MINI's just aren't as tough.

Monica be careful. I hit a squirrel & not 10 miles later my alternator went all FUBAR on me.
I think squirrels last act was to evoke a spell from Joseph Lucas. :)

:cornut: My heart really does go out to y'all Northern types that have to drive in salt water. It almost makes the '108F in the shade' Summers down here worth it.

You know what though.... any CB will beat your V1 in calling out exactly where those smokies are hiding. (Those damn truckers call them out every time)

But the downfall is, you get to hear the hicks that are behind the wheels of those 18 wheelers... there are some strange mofos I them cabs.

Drove up to MINI of Loveland to continue my stalk of the MINI Paceman All4 S being shown in Colorado the past two days. Scooter feels so small. ;)

Try this LINK, I think it might be open.

Came home, spiffed the Countryman for the mountain drive on Sunday, I'm thinking we will clock 300 miles of mountain road sweetness. :)

Had a good homemade Pizza for dinner, now off to some tea and reading.

Enjoy Sunday, a day to drive your MINI.

I have bungee cords/thin 'climbing' rope to tie things down. All eye bolts unscrew when I don't need them. I drilled holes and put tee nuts in each for the eye bolts.

Successful day with MINI5280, we took about 40 MINIS down to Cripple Creek for a nice run in the mountains.

Found a nice Irish Pub to take over for lunch too.

Drove the Countryman, dear wife made me fill and give RD a bath when we got home. But she took a lot of the on the road pictures, so all is GOOD! :aureola:

A couple of shots, this should be open on FB, so view what you like. You can try this link if you use FB. LINKy

Drove RDNZL over to Home Depot for some paint for the garage. The first time it's been out in February, because there's no salt on the roads down here!!!

And I introduced our Mini to 5 Guys. (Unfortunatly, no In-N-Out in this part of the USA.) Seems Bertie has a taste for the fries.

Took the Mini out and watched the Ralley cars run the, 100 acre ralley race in Potosi MO today. Didn't get to see Ken Block but seen a Mini run the course did real good, seen him later at the finish line got a big thumbs up when he saw my mini,as he was getting his finish time. LOL...
