Did a rally yesterday that benefitted the local SPCA. The rain held out just long enough to finish the rally.

Today had a VA appointment at JC in St. Louis, well after dealing with those buttheads decided I needed a break and lunch. So me and the wife went to Fuzzy Taco on Watson and then I tricked her into going to MINI STL. Test drove her next car a new All4 S, as I was told during the test drive in between some other choice wording. :D

Made a Mickey Dee's run this morning to pick up breakfast for my lovely bride. (Our house is a shambles - middle of a remodel job) It's about 12 miles of wooded twisties. First time using the sunroof. Great for a cool morning ride.

Stared at it over morning coffee trying to recall where all the parts go so I can install the new turbo.

Hope to get my new 3" down pipe this week.

:cornut: Just got back from a night drive in Margi. Sailed past a local policeman doing 78mph in a 65mph. After a nice friendly conversation and my sacred promise to observe the posted speed in the future, he let me go, not even a warning ticket. MINI on. Boy it sure is nice that almost all of the Texas Highway speeds are now(if outside of city limits) 75-85mph. MINI on Texas.

Found a golf bag that fits in the trunk (with the back seats folded down). A very necessary accessory indeed.
