Stared at it over morning coffee trying to recall where all the parts go so I can install the new turbo.

Hope to get my new 3" down pipe this week.

I super-glued the hinge on my cup holder so it doesn't swivel anymore.
After the last ride in the MINI it slung hot coffee all over me and my interior I decided that **** had to stop! :mad5:

    Worked good this morning

:cornut: Just got back from a night drive in Margi. Sailed past a local policeman doing 78mph in a 65mph. After a nice friendly conversation and my sacred promise to observe the posted speed in the future, he let me go, not even a warning ticket. MINI on. Boy it sure is nice that almost all of the Texas Highway speeds are now(if outside of city limits) 75-85mph. MINI on Texas.

Found a golf bag that fits in the trunk (with the back seats folded down). A very necessary accessory indeed.

    Actually, did this yesterday.

Took GP2 #41 out for a flogging. Sport button on.

I'm thinking this car is a performance bargain. Especially considering this car comes standard with an extra set of wheels with winter tires mounted on them.

Didn't drive it but I did get some stuff and ordered some stuff too.

Got - Spare injector and pigtail to keep on shelf, just in case.

Ordered - Clutch and iPad MINI Mount.

Rescheduled an appointment to replace the rear sway bushings too. One day I shall lose that clunk.

Spray on polymer wax. Wash your car, spray with Hydro & dry. Makes your paint really pop! It could also be used as a quick detailer or clay bar lube.

Installed a BSH Oil Catch Can and DOS Cold Air Intake on my 2012 MCS. Sounds great inside and outside the car.

That's funny....when I added the NM CAI my wife asked me what was wrong with my car. I told her that since I put FAT tires on it that it was having a difficult time breathing :)

This past few days, worked at the MITM event and did some fun stuff in the mountains with Scooter and Rocketdog.

RD got a new DoS Carbon Fiber CAI for the Countryman (Street Version), looks so right. Luke put a similar unit on his Coupe, pictures are posted public on my FB page, search for me.

Got both Scooter and RD detailed and washed multiple times by our new detailing vendor at MITM, I had only enough personal time to lead the Countryman ride in the dirt. That was fun.

Pictures posted here: Countryman Dirt Run. This run was 22 miles of dirt and 98 miles long, we ran it pretty fast. Had a good lunch at the Yacht Club.

Let me know if you cannot access the FB album, I will reset permissions.

Decided that bigger turbos require BIG outer coolers to augment the puny oem inter cooler. :cornut:
