I got the news I can drive my MINI on June 26 if I'm up to it it.
I think I'll be up to it. If only for a short drive.-

Drove the Porker to Erin's place at 5:00AM...
Jumped in her R57 (Snowflake), and proceeded to go on a 14 hour road trip, never leaving the state... (Couldn't leave Colorado as a stipulation of my parole [emoji12])
We watched the sun come up over Dillon lake...
Went over Independence Pass...
And down into Aspen for breakfast...
Also walked through the John Denver Memorial Park for quite a while, taking pictures and stuff...
Then put the top down and headed for some of the most spectacular scenery I have ever seen!
Caught this one as a final pic on the way home...
It was an amazing day, and I am one lucky guy! [emoji2]-

Saw a 1 HP Amish race buggy today in my travels (it needed moar camber)...
The race tires looked to be .075/50/48 Runflats mounted on no-dish spoked rims....
No lug nuts.... It had quick change center nuts...
The entire vehicle including the engine was murdered out in all black... Absolutely no chrome...
It was bad to the bone...-

New floor mats for the classic....I found them at Huddersfeild in England, the mats were only £12.50 but they wanted £50 to ship them! I sent a message to my brother in England and he sent them to me. I sent him some special bolts he couldn't find over there so it was a good trade.

When we arrived at the Event today it was misting heavily but not exactly raining, and stopped by 9. The show went on as planned and at the end they held the raffle - I won one of three new Mini folding bicycles - a $700 bike! First time I've even won anything in 12 years they've been having this event! I'm pumped!

I bought a new one!
Woke up, got in the Jeep, went down to the MINI dealer for a valve cover gasket for the Rat-MINI.
Ended up coming home with a valve cover gasket attached to a 2015 R60!
So now I am Jeepless, but I dont have to pay to feed that thing at 12MPG + a quart of oil every 500-1000 miles.
I already named the Countryman, Porkchop is what I'm calling it. Even in the 3" of fresh snow we got today it takes it like a champ... Not bad for a chubby chaser.-
