Folded the back seats down so all my racetrack stuff will fit in the back. Headed to the Mini challenge! :arf:

I am layering a few coats of wax on my black roof in the garage between conf calls. :shocked::ihih:

 

Got the car back from my local shop after having the coolant, brake fluid and PS fluids all flushed and replaced. WOW does new PS fluid feel nice. Thought something was wrong with the car driving it home. Nice and smooth and a bit less effort (although I do miss the bit more effort.....). All was in preparation for heading north to Pacific Raceways for the historic races this weekend. Gonna have fun!

 

I was the OCD one that posted bout the leaf blower. I use it every time I was my car and even bring it to the Dragon.

The reason I dry most of my car with a leaf blower is because the less you touch your paint without a properly lubricated MF towel the less a chance you have of stretching it. Water is not a lubricate and quick detailers like Prima Hydro help break down and remove water and is a must if you have hard water.

 

Drove over to Best Motor Werks to pick up Blake. He dropped his R53 off to get the water pump replaced.

 

My car is Red that's why its Fast. :smilewinkgrin:

 

Gave the MINI the evening off. Took the Babs & roadster out for a romp on the back roads to Utica for a samich & ice cream at Ye Olde Mill.

Think I'm driving the roadster more than the MINI lately.

 

I took my car out of the garage today and parked it in the Sun.

After chopping up the tree yesterday I rehydrated, then in the evening I installed my new dash cam and went out for a combined test drive/Ingress game exploration of the area.

Really liking my new window tints!

 

Nothing to mine. Warshed the Babs clubster. I'm bushed but it is looking pretty sweet. Now to find out about Dave O's secret sauce trim treatment.:smilewinkgrin: The trim is pretty badly faded & rather shabby.

I havent seen my MINI all week... I am about to pop the garage open though, so I can pull the carpeting out of the Jeep... Had to pop the drain plugs last night after work.

If you own a Jeep, NEVER trust anything made by Smittybilt! (Almost typed their nickname but you all would have just seen stars and not a company name... It rhymes, you'll figure it out. )

 

I took my mini to the lake. I've only had it for about a week so I had show it off.
