Love it, perfectly placed. Does not obstruct the radio.

Took it for a test drive and passed the test over one rough patch of road I go through on my daily commute. The mount was solid.

I purchased it on ebay but it's easier to to go through his FB page.

Sorry about the accident Lee, glad everyone is ok.
I put the GP grill on the TIE fighter.
Changed oil in the Justa and gave it a good check. It needs an air filter too, and two of the screws into the air box are stripped. My son has destroyed the front air dam so I'll look for options there. Rotated the tires, they are holding up good.

Purchased the airplane tickets to Memphis too, my youngest son and I will be there on July 5th!

Good your daughter is ok, I am sure she is getting a full checkup with a Doc. Sad for the Jeep and Sad for the Merc. Sad all around she had to have an accident. Perhaps a MINI is in her future (one of the big ones). :) Don

Took it to a local meet in Earls Barton and then stopped for some food on the way home and parked next to another mini and hot chatting for ages. Been a lovely day.

Dropped the 09 Clubman S off at the dealer last night so they could cold start it this morning - I think the timing chain is gone - again. This will be it's third one......I thought the replacements they came up with years ago were "the answer" to the timing chain problems on the N14 engines......guess not. Of course, it could turn out to be something else.
Since I'm leaving for Colorado on Sunday, if it is bad I'll just have them change it, then I'll argue about paying for it. They've been really good to me so I don't really expect to get a free one at 10 years old and 85K miles, even if they did change it only 35K ago.

In the Vancouver BC area, premium gas works out to 7.32CDN for a US Gallon. Which is about $5.50 per gallon. At Costco, it might be around $4.00 a gallon. Yes, Vancouver is getting ripped because the environmental kooks want us to ditch our cars and take non-existent alternative means of getting around.

Oh, Dave, I just paid $2.67 yesterday at Kroger, which uses Shell premium...10.5 gallons for less than $30! Aired up the tires in the S and cleaned all the brake crap off those burnt orange holeys, which look great now. Also got the Milltek fixed as well as that vinyl thingie behind the front air dam bolted to the frame...total cost $37.

Skooby got 4 warped brake rotors rotors replaced under warranty. One new rear caliper & 2 rear hub/wheel bearings replaced.

An oil change, engine air filter, cabin filter & 4 French spark plugs. Hopefully Skooby is good for many more miles & years of service. (arthritic fingers crossed) :Hurting:

Washed the Helmet. Its was a quick wash. I knew it was going to rain this afternoon and the rest of the week. But one of the cats had laid all over it. It had fur and muddy paw prints all over it! The hood, roof and even the rear wing!!

Took the Roadster and the 4 door into the dealer for their check up and top up fluids event. Both cars are doing fine, considering how few miles go on them. Spirited miles mostly

Well, I went to the nearest liquor store to stock up for the weekend -- I live in the Bible Belt, so you have to drive a ways if you want to drink. The parking lot was a nightmare, being a weekend in the Bible Belt. I was backing out, and a guy in an SUV was backing out opposite of me. We didn't see each other and our cars kissed. We mostly just swapped a little paint. My car polished out pretty completely. There is a tiny, tiny dent in the rear quarter panel. If you don't know it is there, you probably would not see it. We both owned up to our mutual mistake, shook hands and moved on.

I have a couple of door dings that I want to get removed by a paintless dent repair shop. I will probably have them do the tiny dent at the same time.

Well, in Texas, gas taxes are used to build and maintain roads, although our state government is anti-tax, so they are making every decent highway a toll road. My county has four major highways, and three of them are tollways. As far as I am concerned, a toll is a tax that only applies to some people. I would personally rather pay 10-cents more for a gallon of gas, than pay 10-bucks in tolls to drive to the airport. Even though I work mostly at home, I still spend as much per month on tolls as I do on gasoline. Sometimes more.

Honestly don't notice that much of a difference compared to other short shifters I've done in the past on other cars.
