The 1911-22 is a very cheap Chiappa, the firearm cleaned up very nice, but the really cheap plastic magazine are the culprits, feed problems, so you have to buy new ones every 4 to 6 months.

I prefer my Browning Buckmark Micro Bull for target.

Nice Colt with the conversion kit. :)

Now back on topic, I did run up to Loveland with the MINI to that nice shop. :) They had a couple of those KELTEK 12 gauge bull-pup units with the double barrels with toggle switching. Looks futuristic, usage is suspect unless your a LEO.

Then I drove Scooter down to Longmont to meet some MINI friends for lunch at a nice diner. Good to catch up, but it rained again. Now I need to de-bug and polish Scooter. :)

Got my MTTS swag bag, since I had to bag the trip, I have good friends, per my lanyard I made it to Memphis. :)

I knew that, but it looked like the "safety strap" was tight on both, thus the question.

    Thanks

    Added........

Any chance you could measure the height of the new mount from the frame to the engine bracket after installation for me? I would like to see how it compares to mine.

Finally solved by internal high pitched squeak noise -- aka emergency brake cable rattling in the retainer. disassemble, heat shrink tubing, reassemble, viola. No more squeak.

Rolled over 88k miles on my '05 R53 today. Drove it back from lifting at my buddy's place then stopped by the local Jeep dealer to get some new bushings for my gf's lifted WK. They had a nice lifted JKU in Amp'd and that color looks awesome in person; much better than the interwebs depicts.

Never gonna see that again here! We were all pretty sure they had forgotten about saying it like 3 years ago.
