Used the a/c......wth it's October!

 

No they are bumpy as hell, super narrow, people park on the sidewalks, and in the middle of the street. I could barely get out of first gear because I had to stop at another stop sign as I was dogging pot holes and other crap.

Oh and don't forget the old trolley tracks that are not flush with the road and rip a low cars exhaust off.

 

Ooohhh Lefthand Oktoberfest... Good stuff!

Glad the brewery wasn't damaged worse in last years flood.

Turned over 82,000 miles today. Took me a while to find when I turned over 81,000. It was at MOTD 2014.

An average of 200 miles a month. Yikes, time for an oil change!

 

Oh, I agree with you. A lot of the Studebakers were and are cool cars and trucks. The Avanti and the Hawks are my personal favorites, but the Lark? Not so much. My friends Dad had a new one when I was a kid and I even preferred my Dad's '47 Chevy over it. That was way before '47 Chevys were cool too.

Picked up Smores/pumpkin carving supplies for afternoon back yard fire pit entertaining......you know it's been a crazy day when you find pumpkin seeds on the toilet lid.

Thinking about milling a custom knob now that the tip is threaded M12x1.25...hopefully, it'll be the next boredom project.

 

Gave GIR a wash and fitted the aero grill.

 

Co worker wandered by and asked me to introduce him to the MINI dealer. He is interested in the 5-door MINI. The F55 isn't available yet but it is on the MINI.ca website so I guess they are taking orders.

Drove to work. Drove back home & gassed 'er up.

 

It's a grey rainy day (check local listings) so we took it to a used book sale (where Herself scored a bag full) then out for hot wings, waffle fries and a cool brew (locally brewed, of course) and finally to keep Herself happy and since I'm not into cycle riding in the rain, we spent some time in a couple of antique stores.

 

I went to MINI of Loveland today to get gaskets.

Too bad they only had half of the ones on my shopping list.

 

After working the weekend & post-work spa, it's now on weekday hibernation as the SkyActiv M3 has taken over daily chores.

 

Gave GIR a wash and started work on the Aux Fuse Box
