Yes. That's happening here. This is just outside Vancouver BC. I live in a forested area so lots of vegetation having sex this time of year.

Same thing here. When I drive off, there is a big puff of green pollen that I can see in the rear view mirror as it blows off of the car.

Bought it, brought it home, ordered tranny fluid and front lower CA bushings. Going to do some research on oil for high mileage mini (suggestions welcome). Once that's done i'll get a compression check then comes the mods

To all those people that think my car is a garage queen.
See I drove my car in the snow today to pick up 5 gallons of Meth for the Dragon.
-
Just noticed that the coffee travel mug my kid bought me for my birthday (and it holds 16 ounces of coffee - a Grande Starbucks cup), fits the console "cup holders" in a R53 MINI.

It really shows you are addicted to meth.

Today the dark silver Mini got some attention . I installed new rear rotors and pads (Centric electro-coated rotors, Akebono Euro pads), stainless braided lines and brass bushings with stainless steel guide pins to complete the rear update. Front Wilwoods are still fine, rotors and pads 90%.
I pressure bled the whole system with the good ATE stuff to get the now 3 year old brown Brembo juice out, discovered leaks where both new rear lines bolt to the hard lines. Fixed that with extra torque, hoping it will not break anything with ever degree I turned that fitting. Bled the thing again, tested for leaks with heavy foot on brake. So far so good. -
Spent all day in the garage yesterday.
Test fit the TD wheels, cleaned up the rear brakes and prepped for paint, and then painted the new front R56s calipers and the rear calipers.

Changed the oil and trans fluid more for next weekend
-
Drove to work, little go kart made me smile the whole way
Can't wait to start modding.
Ordered a pair of OSRAM 55w Rallye H7 bulbs, Amazon had them for 25 bucks so I couldn't pass it up. All the fluids should arrive by the weekend so if I don't end up going to Japan I'll be home doing the Transmission and such. Also bought a new battery for the key fob but I'm a little weary of cutting it open, BMW is weird with their key fobs..... Also got a compression test scheduled at my old Subaru dealership for Wednesday, if everything checks out then mods)))
