Than ANY MINI? No, no it doesn't. And its a lethargic 300hp(295), she's a heavy gurl for the size. Those 350's are the ugliest Lexus' out right now though they do look better than previous model years-those things were gawd awful. They resemble their less esspensive ugly cousins in the Yota stable.
The build quality and reliability, now there's where Lexus has basically every manufacturer by the nuts except maybe Volvo.

Sorry but I can not accept any opinions on looks from anyone driving a second or third gen MINI.:lol:

Every Lexus has the same front end now even the LFA. Haters going to hate.

Just washed the crud off of the Justa. Once the good weather really starts, I'm going have to re-do DaveO's magic potion on the black trim. Lasted about a year. :D

Gave my MINI a good under car spray to get the sand and salt out of the wheel wells and undercarriage.

It was pouring rain so the neighbors thought I was kind of crazy.

...and Dave.o ,my MINI's R53 front end looks way better than any Lexus front end I've ever seen.

Took advantage of the low 80° temperatures to wash and wax the car.
papa-j: I agree about washing all the crud off. Even if it's not faster, it sure will look that way.

Ordered her a replacement wheel for the one that was damaged by a pothole and allegedly changed by a body shop last year. With tax- $300, but totally worth it considering nobody can give you any sort of guarantee on a refurbished/used wheel. That's if they can even find one. Why are MINI dealership parts guys such dicks?! If a dealership across town has it for $284 wth wont you meet that price? Whatever. I've noticed that BMW and MINI parts guys are just ***holes.

You are shopping the wrong dealership my friend. eMINIparts.com, great folks to deal with & very nice folks to boot. Forgot to mention they are a forum sponsor too. Buy from the folks who help keep the lights on here at M/A.

I order lots O stuff from eMINIparts bud. Lots,And they are great to deal with. The wheel woulda been the same price but add shipping. The one dealership I got the wheel from was good, it's the dealership I get my car serviced at that the parts guy wouldn't match the dealership across town. Prefer to keep my business in one location but, wasn't happening. He wouldn't go below 300. I realize it's not that much of a difference but still.

The Bosun on a ship I worked on had a Delorean with a powerful sound system in it, he drove it up to the gangway one day and even from the main deck, a loud bass beat could be heard through the closed windows. As he opened the gullwing door, the sound of polka music came booming out of the car!

The funny thing was that the polka music suited him, it was weird to think that he would be listening to anything else.
