Gave the MINI a deep clean today and used Black Wow for the first time on the trim. AWESOME stuff.

Took a pick of the cleaned up MINI at the local Starbucks, while spending Spring Break with my son and parents in Tyler, TX. :)

Drove to Detroit Tuned yesterday and got a great 4-wheel alignment from Chad who also installed a set of H-Sport camber links.

Pulled all four wheels, had the ballance checked and re-did 2 of them. Rotated them and took it out for a test drive. Invited the tire guy if he wanted to go. He wanted so out we went to a nearby crooked county road. He muttered something on the first curve but I was too busy to listen.

Kudos to TireRack. Ordered yesterday at 4:00pm ET, arrived at 11:39a today. Less than 20 hours, and that was with standard shipping!

Due to the excellent hwy mileage I now get going to and from my new job (average 35mpg) I get to park in "green parking" areas designated for carpool vehicles and those with 35+ mpg. =)

Long skinny brushes are the key. Contact a local appliance repairman and ask him to get you a refrigerator coil brush. It is perfect for getting the bug jerkey off the radiator especially behind the lower grill where only very small midgets can go.

Technically I didn't mount the splitter today, but last weekend before my 1000+ mile trek through Kentucky twisty hills (OK, not all the roads were twisties, but most were). It stayed on the whole time, too :)

And I must say, the splitter also allowed me to run a known road of mine at a significantly higher speed than earlier.

Just got back from a delightful outing with my brother and sister MOMers and meeting some new faces.....:D

Had a great run out in the twisties just south of Columbus.... Shared the road with an Amish horse and buggy... Got a little air time with some of the "Whoop De Do" hills...

Had a fun time at the fruit farm and picked up some home made apple butter.

Did a loop through the Lancaster Maximum Security Correctional Center.... Saw a few folks outside being corrected.... I still can't get over the fact you can drive through that place..... They sure had plenty of shiny razor wire on display..... I wonder why they were trying so hard to keep us out of that place...

Had a super time at the Rock Mill brewery... Tasty beer, got a bottle of the triple cask whiskey barrel aged beer .... Enjoyed the little lunch outside....

Had a great time today Mark, thanks for putting the run together... And thanks for the fancy beer flutes, they will be put to good use....

Got my new tars mounted on my "new to me", refurbished wheels.

Man, what an improvement in ride over those stiff run flats.
