:cornut: Went and celebrated being accepted to grad school with MINI Margi. I got good cigars, fueled up with 93 octane, checked tires and fluid levels, drove through the car wash, got a Starbucks, and Minied off into the night on country roads and circumnavigated Grayson County, Texas. Gave a big 'through the roof hole wave' to a Highway Patrolman who I perpendicularly passed at an intersection. He waved back and turned the opposite way. Life is good.

Washed her yesterday and it is pouring rain today. So, I installed the molded, rear mud guards. Mods all done for now.

    Jim

Monica, they look just like the front ones, so look at the pics in my garage and pretend they are on the rear.:

Mr Jim, I know, I should have waited until a week before MOTD to do this.

    Yalla Yalla in the rain

Me and Scooter went to the Yalla Yalla Rally today, started out South of Denver.

Started out at Schomp MINI, RSM provided a good BBQ, we were joined by 37 MINIs who rallied in the rain, it was wet.

FUN and wet, did I say wet. I did registration and the mid-point check-in, then we had fun and food at the end-point up North of Denver.

I managed to add a little more carbon fiber this afternoon. I just installed a new JCW carbon fiber/Alcantara shift knob with a new Alcantara shift boot. Along with that, I also installed a new JCW carbon fiber/Alcantara E-Brake handle with a new Alcantara boot.

Black Wow is a whole different animal.
I'm assuming you are referring to Prima Infinity? Great stuff... It dries clean and more matte than the Black Wow. Both products are good... Just preference.

It's amazing right after the day we spend being thankful for what we have people fight over what they want. Sad commentary on this declining society.

I drove my clean MINI in the snow today. Whoo hoo it's fun passing SUV's that can't drive in 2 inches of wet snow.

I turned it around in the carport, so I can see the front from my living room window instead of the back.

MINIs and Firearms. Firearms and MINIs. Two great tastes that taste great together.
