In northeast Ohio it’s 80+* which is a bit unusual for this time of the year and not a cloud in the sky which is highly unusual for most anytime of the year.
I know what you mean. That's what it usually is what it's like here. We had one day in the 80's most of the time it's been in the low to mid 60's
I'm must be really lucky. I had the new tire installed today (they look good), but one thing went wrong. They broke one of the center caps. So I ordered some new ones. they come from the UK and cost $102.00 for 4 and you can only oder them by 4. Then I had to order the new cap decal for a other $65.00. Sometimes I'm not sure why I am so anal.
Yes, but I wont ask them to. they were 15 tears old. It's just hard to find replacements. Most of the companies I had dealing with don't seem to be around anymore. But I'll keep on trying.
I wouldn’t call you anal. That would make me a Hypocrite! There is a company I get some parts from in England. I don’t know how they get them to me so fast. Usually 3 days. And the shipping is reasonable
Thanks; but I went on line and found a company that has what I needed. The big problem was the company that made the wheels went out of business a while back, but a new company started to make them again. So I'm good. My only thing is I have a car show on May 21 so it's going to be close to be ready in time. It usually take me a week to be ready to show.
I was going through some of my storage bins today. Dam it's amazing how much stuff you can collect. I have so many different kinds of polish's and wax's and engine parts plus several other things. The list is to long.
Took my MINI to a drizzly cold Cars and Coffee, and a cool looking Classic Mini also showed up Here is a link to more pictures from the morning.. https://www.flickr.com/photos/ernestovumbles/albums/72177720307542231
I went to a cars & coffee in Chico, Ca and they had some were in the area of 300 -350 cars. They had all kinds of different types. Hot rods, customs and just about everything else including mini's. All are welcome. They have it on the first Saturday of every month.
This group is primarily for older European cars, but this event was open to members other cars. There are always a bunch of rare and unusual vehicles.
If it snows tonight you have me to blame. Took the snow shoes off of Skooby & installed the summer play shoes. Now Babs can take the turns so much faster.
I signed up for mini meets west. Now it time to start getting Checkers ready it's only 2 months away. I got a new cold air intake, coolant expansion tank and several other thing to get installed before then. This should be the biggest car show I've been in.
