I gave the Helmet a quick wash. I did not even wash the wheels. Also I pulled the carbon fiber door handle covers off. I am hoping it re-clear them. The CFO said I can not spend a lot of money on the helmet. The clear paint protection is very dull so I will need to remove it. The front bumper may have to be replaced. I think it is fixable but not sure which would be better. There is one 2 inch scratch on the driver side that I plan on airbrushing then I will wet sand. I feel like everything els will buff out!
Tow truck ride of shame.. Drivers front spring broke and took out the sway bar end link. My wife was driving, not sure how it happened. Wont find out how bad it is till Monday the earliest
Yea.. new front struts and swaybar links and it is back to a stock ride height. It drives faster since my wallet is so much lighter ;-)
Another hard week. It's going to be in the 80's for the next 10 days. Well that will give me time to get ready for a show on the 18th of May.
Well guess what? Skooby the clubster broke a left rear spring. Skooby will take the ride of shame next Monday to the good folks at Best motor Werks.
Good luck with the upcoming car show and enjoy the that weather. We watched one of our grandsons play lacrosse in sub 32* temperature and snow storm this past Monday.
This morning was a local car show.. My ride for the day was a 1962 Ford Anglia rally car. After that it was Summer tire change day for my MINI.. Here is a link to more pics https://www.flickr.com/photos/ernestovumbles/albums/72177720325075678
Skooby took the ride of shame this morning. Now just a matter of how many $$$$ it will cost. All because of this...
