There are clearly parts of NC you have not visited.

    LOL

If I want to get to good roads, I have to drive by Mark's house. Which is 2 hours from my house. And there's 4 more hours of boring roads the other direction from my house (east).

True contentment is true bliss. None of us would wish that away from you Jim. Although, I will lay odds you will find the strangest reasons to drive that S more often than you now know.

On a personal note, we drove over to our favorite Sushi joint for a meal and adult libation. Yum! :beer

Firebro, my wife has never driven mine in four years, so the chance of my driving her "S" is........well, slim to none, shall we say. :D

My wife has a hard time switching cars. We had an Audi and when it died, we got a mini van, she said that the mini van was too tall. When she went from the mini van to a Volvo wagon, she complained that the Volvo was too low and the hood was too long, but she got used to it. Now, she won't drive anything but the Volvo. It's been two years since we got the MINI and she makes one excuse after another to avoid driving it.

I told my wife, this morning, that she looked good in the Counrtyman and they fit each other. She then informed me that the Countryman looked good with her in it. This is getting completely out of hand.

I removed the orange lens cover from the front turn signal.
Between the new black bonnet stripes and the white turn signals, Little Wing is looking good.
Then I had to change out a running light. :cryin:

The HP increase must be huge.

I'm betting at least 10. If they were red, it would be more like 30. :)

FYI those are custom made / painted lights and side lights. You can't order those for an R53 and the new R56 don't look as good and are still too glossy and have a silver parts in them that say "xenon".

I made them for her, and my buddy baked the lights in the oven to remove the lenses and reseal them.

This is the second set we have done and they turn out great and it's taking us less and less time to do the entire process.
