I cleared a P0420 code that I always get. Why, just to make sure there were no other codes lurking as well.
It felt Ohhhhhh so good driving in to work this morning. The my SS shift knob has a nice weight to it, but WOW:eek6: does it get hot with the weather we've been having. The Moon Eyes logo is a brass disc, but it's made with about an 1/8" of clear polyurethane over the top (it's completely encapsulated), so there is no risk of wearing off the Moon Eyes logo.
I washed and waxed her and nothing happened. I drove into town, parked, had lunch and nothing happened. Drove home, parked and nothing happened, but I did check the wheels six times. Jim
T8rChick, we missed you here at MITM's, weather has been great alot cooler than TX. I washed my car this morning for the car show at MITM's looks great.
Held on tight, and once again, prided my myself with owning cars that eat hairpins:aureola::devil: Mark
Took it for a long drive on OH backroads with other MINI's to a British Car Show. Got followed out of tiny town by a cop too. Ran fan, a little sluggish though in the late day heat.
I finished installing these................ Got them Friday evening, had the drivers in on Saturday and the passenger side today! It's so freaking humid out that I could only do one a day. Tomorrows the test drive, but they feel great so far. :biggrin5:
