I do know how you are feeling right now Monica and am truly sorry. You both did all you could, but when quality of life goes....it is time. Jim
Sorry to hear Monica. We had a similar experience with one of our cats earlier this year. It is never an easy decision.
Drove to the golf course and played 9 holes with my youngest son. Would have been better staying home!
Laid out the route for the Dark Helmet Brewery Tour with another MoM riding shotgun and navigator. A great day! !
^ I had a hoot of a time & I even managed not to puke in Dark Helmet. What a fun day! Can't wait to do the drive while holding BLU BRITS steering wheel. :arf:
Sorry to hear about Bella. I think I read about it on PhillyMINI also. Today I made an appointment to get my car in the shop. Getting Michelin Pilot Super Sports put on, and H&R springs so he'll be ready for his first track day. Heading out to NJMP on the 11th. Woo! Can't wait!
KittyMini I am so sorry about your loss. Bella was very loved and you did all you could for her. It doesn't make it any easier, I know.
So I lost my low speed cooling fan last week and read up on the resistor fix. Ordered the resistor and set out to do the mod. I hooked everything up last night and tried it to make sure it worked and it did! The resister in the free air got extremely hot, over 200 degrees F! So I got some aluminum, 2"x1/8", some heat sink paste and..... Then mounted it up and it's running a little under 100 degrees! Low speed back until such time as I can replace the fan assembly.
